TRX Yoga

Looking for a unique and challenging way to practice yoga? TRX Yoga may be just what you need! This unique style of Power Yoga uses the TRX Suspension Trainer to help you achieve new levels of strength, mobility, and balance.

Coordinate your movements with your breath as you flow through a series of challenging poses. You'll build lean muscle mass, improve your cardiovascular endurance, and increase your flexibility - all while getting a great workout.

TRX 101 | TRX FUNCTIONAL | $TRX 201$

TRX: Revolutionary workout method that uses your body weight and gravity as resistance to build strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, core, and joint stability.
TRX 101: Learn and master the 7 foundational movements (PUSH, PULL, PLANK, HINGE, LUNGE, SQUAT, and ROTATE), cue and strap adjustments in this TRX for beginner's class.
TRX Functional: TRX warm up and cool down with Slam Balls, Kettle Bells, Sand Bags, Heavy Rope, and Terra Core Trainer in between - NEED WE SAY MORE?
$TRX 201$: Once you have mastered the TRX 101 - this class will take you to the next level with more advanced movements in TRX and functional training.

Looking for a fun and challenging way to get in shape? Fight Back might be just what you need! This is a self defense inspired class, combining striking techniques from kickboxing with light sparring using pads and gloves. This class was designed with Protecting Yourself in Mind!

Approximately 50-minute class comprised of mid to high intensity body weight training, blending both interval and strength exercises. This class consists of plenty of cardio, weights, and abs - to get an extra high calorie burn which will push you to the MAX! You will never get the same class twice!
